Implementing carbon dioxide removal (CDR) to take CO2 out of the atmosphere is going to be necessary for meeting the objective of net zero emissions. Employed at large scale, CDR is subject to many feasibility and sustainability constraints and entails a series of risks. In this workshop we investigate specifically into the ethical challenges of CDR.
