By the time of his untimely death in February 2017, Fabian Dorsch was SNF professor at the Department of Philosophy of the University of Fribourg. He was a prolific and respected researcher, author of an influential body of work in several hot topics in contemporary philosophy such as the nature of perceptual experiences, imagination, reasons, and aesthetic judgments and experiences. The objective of the workshop "Perceiving, Imagining, and Judging. Themes from the Philosophy of Fabian Dorsch" is to bring together a body of international experts to assess the legacy of this body of work.
