PLANT BIOLOGY
Welcome to Plant Biology, one of the groups in the Department of Biology at Fribourg. We participate in the teaching leading to the award of a general euro-compatible (Bologna) BSc in biology and offer the possibility of specialization in the field of interactions between plants and micro-organisms, both at the euro-compatible MSc and PhD levels. We are pleased to announce that Didier Reinhardt (senior lecturer) has just published 2 papers - 1 in Nature and the other in Science (see our "Biology Hotspot Publications". Congratulations for this outstanding performance!
At the Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Science, Corinne Mungy was awarded the Syngenta Prize for her excellent performance in her studies for the degree of MSc.
