This volume collects the Proceedings of the International Congress entitled Warriors at play. Otium, learning and isonomy, held at the Museum of History and Archaeology of Elche, on 28th May 2021. The eleven contributions analyse the relationship between game and war. Two topics usually considered to belong to two opposite spheres, but actually two very osmotic domains.
