Inhalt

The CAS Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed to inspire and refine your leadership capabilities. It offers an in-depth exploration of innovative methodologies for guiding others effectively. A specific focus is on fostering inclusive leadership styles, ensuring that you are equipped to lead with a sense of empathy, understanding, and respect for diversity in the modern workplace. Additionally, the CAS provides a comprehensive understanding of how to implement human resource management practices seamlessly within your team.

Ziele

Develop a deeper understanding about how leaders manage the human capital of their teams and implement various HR practices (recruitment, selection, performance management) to maximize employee performance and retention

 

Voraussetzungen

Candidates for the CAS, DAS and the EMBA must have obtained work experience (three to five years) and one of the following qualifications:

1. BA or MA degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences

2. or other diploma recognised as equivalent.

Extraordinary admissions are under certain conditions possible.
