equality of women and men

The Office for Gender Equality at the University of Fribourg is a drop-in centre for all those associated with the University community who are confronted with questions concerning equal opportunities or who wish to undertake action in this field.
The role of the office is to give advice on this subject at the University and to promote the equality of women and men by concrete measures and suggestions with respect to academic, social, professional, and cultural aspects.

The office focuses on advice for women researchers, mentoring, staff development courses, gender studies, support for combining studies and career with maternity/paternity, etc.
