social COUNSELLING

When personal, legal or financial difficulties occur, the Office for Social Counselling and Student Finances can offer supportive advice. The office can accommodate people Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. A consultation outside of these times can be arranged by telephone or e-mail. This help is available to all members of the University and covers a wide spectrum of services:

advice to individuals, couples and teams when personal, legal or financial difficulties occur.
information on the requirements of social insurance, private insurance, health insurance and their benefits.
help when filling in forms for authorities and insurance.
budget suggestions for single persons, couples and families.
communication of addresses of dentists, doctors and therapists.
coaching of persons with leader responsibilities and persons with special responsibilities for projects.
