    Description

    Ce cours traite des bases de biostatistiques. Nous commençons par un rappel des concepts fondamentaux tel que la population, l’échantillon, l’erreur standard, l’intervalle de confiance, les erreurs de Type I et de Type II et la p-valeur. Ensuite, nous étudierons les outils statistiques les plus couramment utilisés en biologie tel que : test de Student, ANOVA (1 et 2 facteurs ; mesures répétées), corrélation, régression linéaire, déterminer de la taille d’un échantillon.
     

    Diese Vorlesung behandelt die Grundlagen der Biostatistik. Wir beginnen mit einer Wiederholung einiger grundlegender Konzepte wie Grundgesamtheit, Stichprobe, Standardfehler, Konfidenzintervall, Typ-I- und Typ-II-Fehler und p-Wert. Dann werden wir die am häufigsten verwendeten statistischen Werkzeuge in der Biologie behandeln, wie z.B. : t-Test, Varianzanalyse (1 und 2 Faktoren; Messwiederholungen), Korrelation, lineare Regression, Stichprobengröße.
