We answer your calls from Monday – Thursday from 9.30am – 11.30am. Only one telephone line is currently open. This line may be overloaded as we receive a high number of calls. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience in case you cannot reach us immediately.


Application procedure

Due to the Corona crisis, we had to adapt our way of processing applications.

The deadline to submit an online application will remain unchanged. We continue to process your applications from a distance. Due to this situation the processing of applications may take longer.

All documents must be uploaded directly on the online application portal (Inscruni) after the validation of the online application. Please do not send us any documents by post.

Letter "Admission on condition"

If you have received a letter «Admission on condition» and you have to present the original of your diploma, you can now send it by post.   
In exceptional cases, in which it is not possible to send the documents by post, the original diplomas can be deposited in the letterbox in front of our office. The letter box will be emptied several times a day. The originals required for the final admission can also be handed in at the office of Uni-Info.

We reserve the right to request certified copies and/or original documents at any time for the further processing of your application. Translated documents can also be submitted in PDF format, however, the current provisions regarding the officially certified translations remain valid and effective.
