4 SNSF Starting Grants 2022 obtained at UniFR!
The University of Fribourg is attractive to up-and-coming researchers, as evidenced by the four successful applicants to a SNSF Starting Grant who chose our university for their exciting project. They will soon be joining the University as Assistant Professors to lead a 5-year research project with their team. The SNSF Starting Grant is a transitional measure to make up for Switzerland?s non-association with the Horizon Europe programme. This short article presents the funding scheme, which was renewed for a second year with a deadline on 1st February 2023, and introduces two of these SNSF Starting Grant recipients: Dr Nesina Grütter, in Theology, and Dr Timothée Léchot, in French literature.
