Professor Petros C. Mavroidis is an Edwin B. Parker Professor of Law at Columbia Law School (New York), a Professeur extraordinaire at the University of Neuchâtel, and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in Washington, DC. He is the chief co-reporter for the American Law Institute (ALI) project, "Principles of International Trade: the WTO". His most recent publications include Trade in Goods (Oxford, 2007), The Law and Economics of Contin-gent Protection (with Patrick A. Messerlin, and Jasper M. Wauters) (Elgar, 2008), and The Genesis of the GATT (with Douglas A. Irwin, and Alan O. Sykes) (Cambridge, 2008).
