Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo, is a member of the Curatorium of The Hague Academy of International Law, Secretary-General of the International Academy of Comparative Law, and former President of the American Association of Private International Law (ASADIP). He teaches at the School of Law of Sciences Po (Paris) and he is a Global Professor at NYU Law School. As a visiting scholar, he has taught at The Hague Academy of International Law, the Universities of Paris II, Paris III, Lyon III, Lausanne, IUC (Turin), Kansai, Doshisha, California (Davis), Ottawa etc. and many Latin American Universities. He is a member of Argentinean delegations to the UNCITRAL, the Hague Conference of Private International Law, and the Organization of American States. Professor Fernández Arroyo is actively involved in international arbitration as an arbitrator and as an expert. He is the author of many publications on international business law, arbitration, comparative law, Latin-American integration, and private international law.
