We are delighted to welcome Ben Van den Wouwer at the Food Research and Innovation Center, University of Fribourg, Department of Chemistry. Ben is visiting us from the group of Arno Wouters, KU Leuven and will investigate the colloidal properties of novel plant proteins in the group of Pascal Bertsch as part of a short-term scientific mission of INFOTECH-DATA COST Action CA24145.
