Gage Tang - Post-doctoral Research SNSF 

Gage Tang is currently a postdoc at the University of Fribourg. He is working on a SNSF funded project called “Founder’s Social Identity”.

Gage earned his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship at IESE Barcelona. He was originally trained as a psychologist (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) and specialised in emotion and emotion management. He worked as a management consultant and a project manager before joining the academia. He speask Spanish, French, English, and Mandarin.

Main fields of research and teaching:

• Micro-foundations of strategy and entrepreneurship.
• Emotion and strategy and entrepreneurship.
• Top management teams; New venture teams.
