The English Committee represents the English students and their views on all official university levels. We have representatives in the Department Council, in the Faculty Council and in the AGEF. The committee primarily functions as a link between the students and the teaching staff. In doing so, its members organize meetings for first semester students in order to successfully integrate them into the English department. In addition, all students of the English department are encouraged to attend the General Assembly of the English department which is held on a regular basis at the beginning of the semester.
Are you interested in joining us? Or maybe just in helping us? Participating in the English Committee gives you the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the English department and contribute to its success!
Some of our committee-members will be participating in a student exchange next semester, others will finish their studies. So, you can either join us as a regular member or as a substitute for those who go abroad! If you are interested, don't hesitate to get in touch!
