The second meeting of the Swiss Management Research Group (SWIMAREG) was hosted by the chair of Prof. Dr. Laura Illia at the DCM in Fribourg in the end of November.

Inspired by the OTREG initiative in the UK, the P-OTREG in Paris, and the H-OTREG in Helsinki, SWIMAREG has three main objectives:

• Community building among management scholars in Switzerland
• Advancing research by giving feedback exclusively on R&Rs for top management journals, so we can better support each other in publishing our work
• Developing PhD students and junior scholars through constructive discussion and mentoring
