Learning Strategies and Coping with Test Anxiety

Students who have difficulties in coping with test anxiety or who wish to learn more efficiently will find help in the department for Psychological Advice for Students.

The advisors give guidance on

  • optimizing available learning strategies
  • applying the strategies to the appropriate learning situations (form of subject matter, proficiency goals, time frame etc.) and
  • supplementing them with new learning strategies for new learning situations.

These new strategies will be worked out individually, based on the personality and daily reality of the student.
