Apartis – A Foundation for Student Accommodation
The foundation for student accommodation Apartis is a non-profit making residence building contractor for students. It rents rooms at reasonable prices in its own community housing, handles the renting of rooms, studios and flats at no cost, and gives students advice on looking for accommodation and tenancy matters. The Apartis residences are easily reached by public transport are located in the vicinity of the University and are modern and functionally equipped. They offer individual unfurnished rooms in 1- to 5-room community apartments (bathroom/WC and dining kitchen/living room for communal use). Most of the properties also have use of a common room (e.g. TV room, for leisure activities, etc.). The monthly rent for a room depends on the location of the property and the size of the rooms and is between CHF 275 and 445, including heating and hot water.
