Duration : The position can be held for a maximum of six years.

Obligations
- Research with the goal to publish scientific papers in international, peer-reviewed journals
- Teaching of the yearly bachelor course “International Economics I” (in German) and one master course per academic year (in German or English) in accordance with the department
- Organization of research seminars

Anforderungen

Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Economics
- Promising scientific record, with the potential to publish in top academic journals
- Very good command of German and English language
- Teaching experience would be an advantage

If the doctoral degree has not been awarded yet, the PhD dissertation has to be turned in before the position starts and the application must include a positive reference letter of the PhD supervisor.
