PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
The master in management allows postgraduate students to complete their base knowledge and to deepen one or more speciality areas of management. The range of courses offered gives the opportunity to students, through an individualised curriculum, to acquire expertise in the following areas: strategic management, financial management, accounting and controlling, human resources management, marketing, management of non-profit organisations, informations management or international management.
Elective courses allow students to get a more interdisciplinary curriculum with an offer in the domains of economics, informatics, communication sciences and law.
The master thesis is an individual research project allowing the student to conclude its training by applying the acquired skills. The Master in management of the University of Fribourg represents in Switzerland, with its broad offer of French, German and English courses, a unique offer of education.

access to a master degree

For the holders of a bachelor degree from a Swiss university:
Unconditional Admission:
Bachelor in Management
Holders of a different bachelor degree  with courses at least equivalent to the 60 ECTS Minor in Management of the SES Faculty
Admission with supplemental conditions:
Holders of a different Swiss Bachelor must complete a supplemental programme of up to 60 ECTS.
