Bilateral Research Cooperation Programmes
Bilateral Research Cooperation Programmes link Swiss universities with institutions in countries where Switzerland would like to establish long-term research partnerships. The State Secretariat for Research and Education (SER) is responsible for these programmes, which are each coordinated by a Swiss university.
