FamWork - Family Life and Professional Work: Follow-upA joint project with the Universities of Munich and Graz
The study is a follow-up of the European Project FamWork (Family life and Professional Work – Conflict and Synergy) that started in 2003. The focus of the project centers on typical stressors, emerging from competing demands of professional life and career at one hand and modern family life and -duties on the other hand. In a joint research project, the above mentioned research teams follow a common approach and design in order to better understand typical stressors, their impact on individual as well as social functioning, ways of coping with this situation, ways of organising daily life in parent relationships and underlying processes.
