Research Interests

I’m working on multisensory integration and attention. Currently I am specifically interested in the interplay of auditory and visual information and spatial attention. My research is mostly based on the existing knowledge of visual attention and multimodal studies comprising both behavioural as well as neuroscientific results. Using new behavioural paradigms, Eye-tracking as well as EEG-Data my aim is to lay out the factors, which determine multisensory processing, to investigate the different processing stages at which integration occurs and to bring together insights from behavioural and neuroscietific research.
