Research Project on Informality

A first conference on the topic was held in November 2011. The participants from Switzerland, Germany, Armenia, Russia, Georgia and the Balkans presented their understandings of informality and possible ways of conceptualization. A follow-up conference will presumably held in 2013. 

Political Culture Project

This interdisciplinary project on political culture has brought together anthropologists and political scientists working in the field. During a conference in Munich (13-15 November 2011), the participants presented their research projects.
