What is IP and how to protect it?

Are you interested in learning about intellectual property (IP)?

At the workshop, Unifr's researchers will receive an introductory session on intellectual property, with a specific emphasis on patents.

This will cover topics such as what can and cannot be patented, a brief overview of various patent systems, key terminology, essential requirements for obtaining a patent, and important guidelines to follow when dealing with patents.

speaker Dr. Claudia Nash joined P&TS (https://www.patentattorneys.ch) in March 2019 as Patent Engineer and Technology Transfer Professional. She is drafting and prosecuting patent applications and supports clients in deal/contract negotiation. She is member of LES-CH, business member of the Swiss Technology Transfer Association (swiTT) and Innosuisse Special Coach for start-ups.
