Master of Law
At the Master level (3 semesters) the Faculty of Law offers a curriculum (90 ECTS) made up of elective subjects. The organization of this program allows the student not only to gain a more profound knowledge of the law, but with the acquisition of special mentions and profiles , be able to set a personal emphasis in his area of interest.
The Master’s courses can be taken in German and/or French with the possibility to earn the special mention «Bilingual Master». Also, the special mention «Religious Law» can be earned. Various special mentions and profiles may also be combined.
The Master level in Fribourg also fosters personal and social competence. This goal is served especially in the interactive intensive courses in which the students can immerse themselves in chosen areas of the law.
