Choice of courses
Courses at the Faculty of Law : The study programmes in Law are subdivided into the Bachelor of Law and the Master of Law. At the Bachelor level, all of the courses are offered in both French and German. At the Master level, the courses are offered either in French or in German, and sometimes in both languages or in English. Access to certain courses requires prior enrolment.
- Erasmus and exchange students can choose amongst all of the courses offered by the Faculty, but specific conditions may apply for admission to certain courses, especially those at the Master level. The choice of courses also depends firstly on the study contract concluded with the home university.
Erasmus and exchange students who wish, in addition to law courses, to follow one or two courses in another faculty or interdisciplinary institute, should consult the catalogue of courses published by the University, as well as the information given by the faculties or institutes which offer the chosen courses. Particular attention should be paid to information concerning enrolment to courses, registration for examinations, and the deadlines (these vary from one faculty to another). (unifr.ch)
