The house "Sonnenberg" is located in the district of Neuveville, in the old town of Fribourg. It is a lovely hill site with a great view over the river Saane.

The city centre is accessible within 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by public transports (bus or funicular railway) or within 15 minutes by foot.

"Sonnenberg" is a quiet place and is surrounded by green spaces. There are many restaurants, a small grocery store and a post office nearby.

Rooms

There are 19 individual rooms on the1^st and the 2^nd floor.

The rooms are furnished as follows: a bed, a mattress (about 90x200), a table with a chair, some shelves, a built-in cupboard, an armchair. Duvets, pillows and bedclothes are not available.

The surface area varies between 9m² and 16m².

Each room has a sink, one or two windows with a view to the South, Southeast or Northwest.

Each room is provided with a WIFI access.

Common rooms

The tenants share :

• A kitchen on the basement and the 2^nd floor. Each tenant has a compartment in the fridge and in the cupboards for his food. Basic dishes are available.
• a TV in the kitchen of the basement and the 2^nd floor(it is not possible to install a TV in the rooms)
• a sanitary facility on each floor, equipped with 2 sinks, 2 toilets, 1 bath tub and a shower
• a small washhouse on each floor (washing machine and tumble drier – to be used with a card)

A fixed telephone line, which works with a prepaid-card, is available in the basement.

All other rooms of the house as well as the garden are not open to the tenants of Apartis.

A parking space can be rented for CHF 60.00/month by request.

Small room:
CHF 320.00/month (about € 200.00)

Medium room:
CHF 340.00/month (about € 213.00)

Big room:
CHF 360.00/month (about € 225.00)

The costs for heating, warm water, electricity, furniture, WIFI internet access as well as the weekly cleaning of the corridor, sanitary facilities and the kitchen on the basement and the 2^nd floor are included in the rental fee.
