The buildings of "Avenue du Midi" are situated in the city centre, only a few steps from the University in Miséricorde, the train station and the pedestrian area.

Shops in the city centre, the post office, banks and several restaurants are nearby and easy to get to by foot.

Apartments

The 27 apartments of “Avenue du Midi” are distributed among three buildings with five floors each.

Each apartment contains 3 or 4 units (rooms) as well as common rooms such as kitchen, living room in some cases, bathroom/toilet, which have to be shared with the flatmates. Some of the apartments have a balcony or a veranda.

Rooms

The rooms are unfurnished and have a surface area between 12m² and 26m².

Each room has a big window and a wooden floor.

A TV room with settees is located at the entrance area.

Additional rooms which are part of the common infrastructure are the washhouse with washing machines and dryers, the cellar with one compartment per apartment as well as a bike shelter.

There is only one parking space for a car.

Rental fees

The rental fee per month depends on the surface of the room and the type of apartment and varies between CHF 310.00 and CHF 480.00 (about € 192.00 – 298.00) (extras charges included).

The rental fee includes the extra costs for heating and warm water and internet (fibre optics). Other extra costs associated with electricity, radio and TV fees are not included and will be charged by the different providers directly.
