Chemin des Epinettes 51-53-55 | Marly

The buildings of "Chemin des Epinettes" are situated in Marly, a suburb of Fribourg, and are not far away from University in Pérolles (about 2km).

They are easily accessible by bus or bike and about 10 minutes from the city centre.

A shopping centre, a bank, shops and restaurants are right next to the buildings of "Chemin des Epinettes".

Apartments

The 51 apartments are distributed among three buildings with five floors each. Each apartment contains 2 or 3 units (rooms) as well as common rooms such as kitchen, bathroom, one or two toilets, which have to be shared with the flatmates.

The apartments with 3 rooms are provided with a balcony (15m²); some of the apartments with 2 rooms have a garden terrace.

Rooms

The rooms are unfurnished and surfaces vary between 12m² and 15m².

All the rooms have big windows and a wooden floor.

On the ground floor of every building, there are spacious common rooms for free use. They are equipped with a kitchen, tables and chairs and have a small TV area with settees. They can be booked for meetings, parties or dinners.

Furthermore, the common infrastructures also include washrooms with washing and drying machines, the cellar with one section per apartment, a bike shelter and an outside car park for about 30 cars (CHF 30.-/month).

A big outdoor area, equipped with tables and chairs in the summer, allows you to relax and meet up during the nice weather season.

Rental fees

The monthly rental fee for apartments with 2 rooms is CHF 295.00 (about € 184.00) and for apartments with 3 rooms is CHF 275.00 (about € 172.00).

The rental fee includes the extra costs for heating and warm water and internet (fibre optics).Other extra costs associated with electricity, radio and TV are not included and will be charged by the different providers directly.
