Deadline for submission of an application for admission

The deadlines for submission of an application for admission at the University of Fribourg are the 30th September for the autumn semester and the 28th February for the spring semester.

Application procedure for students registered at Fribourg

You fill in the application form and send it to the Office for Admissions and Registration.

This application is only valid for one semester and must be renewed using an application form for each semester for which you wish to remain registered in the BeNeFri network.

Reimbursement of travel expenses

You can obtain reimbursement of the travel expenses occasioned by your travel to the partner universities by filling in the reimbursement form and sending it to the Office for Admissions and Registration until the 31st January for the autumn semester and the 30th June for the spring semester.

Travel expenses will not be reimbursed if you are not registered as a BeNeFri student at the Office for Admissions and Registration.
