Administrative steps during studiesChange of address or personal details Application for a break in studies In cases of illness, maternity or paternity, military or civil service, an application for a break in studies can be submitted within the official deadlines. Attestations of registration An attestation of registration is made available for students at MyData once the semester registration fee has been received by the Office for Admission and Registration The postal giro payment slip, with receipt, can also be used to show proof of registration. Changes in degree or study programmes Requests to change degree or study programmes must be submitted via MyData before the deadlines fixed by the relevant faculties. Once submitted, such requests always have to be approved by the relevant Dean’s Office. Simultaneous registration in more than one degree programme Simultaneous registration in more than one degree programme leading to the award of a university degree is in principle possible.
